Ducks vs Golden Knights Props & NHL Playoffs Game 1 Best Bets

Anaheim blueliner Jackson LaCombe has looked like an elite playmaker so far in these playoffs, and we expect him to notch an assist as part of our favorite Ducks vs. Golden Knights player props for Game 1. The Ducks and Vegas Golden Knights meet in Game 1 of the Western Conference Semifinals tonight, with puck drop set for 9:30 p.m. ET at T-Mobile Arena. Our Ducks vs. Golden Knights props for the series opener spotlight Jackson LaCombe, Mark Stone, and Leo Carlsson. Read on for my NHL picks for Monday, May 4.

BEST BETS:

– #1: Jackson LaCombe Over 0.5 assists (-105)
Jackson LaCombe has been brilliant in these playoffs for the Anaheim Ducks, leading the team with nine points (one goal, eight assists), three of which came on the power play. The defenseman is a superb playmaker, and I’m expecting him to keep it going in Game 1. LaCombe cashed the Over in assists in five of the six games against the Oilers in the first round. He finished the regular season with 48 assists and has recorded two helpers in three meetings with the Vegas Golden Knights this year. He’s also pacing the team in ice time per game (just under 27 minutes), giving him extra chances to be involved when Anaheim lights the lamp.

– #2: Mark Stone Over 0.5 assists (+120)
Mark Stone has been productive in the playoffs, tallying five points, including three assists. The veteran had a helper in each of the final two games against the Oilers. While Anaheim has shown more in this series, Vegas still ranks high in goals scored, and Stone typically plays a big hand in the Golden Knights’ offense. He finished the 2025-26 season with 28 goals and 45 assists. Stone faced Anaheim just once this season, but he logged two assists in that game. At 33 years old, he also accumulated 27 assists at T-Mobile Arena in 31 appearances this season. Expect him to contribute again in Game 1.

– #3: Leo Carlsson Over 2.5 shots on goal (-155)
Leo Carlsson averaged 2.75 shots on goal per game during the regular season, and he’s raised that pace in the Stanley Cup Playoffs, posting an impressive 4.66 SOG per game over six contests. Although he had only two SOG in Game 6 against the Oilers, the other five games featured a flurry of attempts. The 21-year-old delivered 10 SOG in the series opener. Carlsson was also a key chance creator in two regular-season meetings with Vegas, registering six shots on goal.
